Аннотация

В статье изложены подходы к стратификации риска внезапной сердечной смерти при синдроме ранней реполяризации желудочков как одного из вариантов синдрома J-волны на основании клинических, анамнестических, электрокардиографических критериев. Представлены характеристики «злокачественных» вариантов электрокардиографического паттерна ранней реполяризации желудочков и стратегии профилактики внезапной сердечной смерти
