АЛГОРИТМЫ НАЗНАЧЕНИЯ ХОЛЕКАЛЬЦИФЕРОЛА ДЛЯ ТЕРАПИИ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ D-ГИПОВИТАМИНОЗА ПРИ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИИ

Аннотация

Цель работы – проанализировать литературные и собственные данные по назначению холекальциферола для терапии и профилактики D-гиповитаминоза при артериальной гипертензии (АГ) с учетом факторов риска и комбинированной антигипертензивной терапии. Результаты анализа литературных данных и выполненного нами проспективного, контролируемого, рандомизированного, сравнительного, одноцентрового клинического исследования 173 пациентов с АГ II степени с приемом холекальциферола в дозе 2000 МЕ/сутки на протяжении 3, 6 и более месяцев позволили предложить алгоритмы назначения холекальциферола для терапии и профилактики D-гиповитаминоза при АГ.
