НА ГРАНИ ВОЗМОЖНОСТЕЙ: ИСТОРИЯ, ВЫЗОВЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ СПОРТИВНОЙ ОРТОПЕДИИ И ТРАВМАТОЛОГИИ
Аннотация
Физическая активность оказывает положительное влияние на физиологическое, психологическое и социальное благополучие. Однако при наличии неблагоприятных предрасполагающих факторов физическая активность повышает риск травматизации и развития заболеваний, что связано с повышением нагрузки как на опорно-двигательный аппарат, так и на большинство систем организма. В статье рассматриваются исторические аспекты развития методов ортопедии и травматологии при оказании медицинской помощи спортсменам, выделаются основные проблемы и варианты их решения.
