ВНЕЗАПНАЯ СЕРДЕЧНАЯ СМЕРТЬ: СИСТЕМАТИЗАЦИЯ ФАКТОРОВ РИСКА И ЭТИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО СПЕКТРА ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены определение внезапной сердечной смерти, аспекты эпидемиологии, проведена систематизация факторов риска и этиологического спектра заболеваний и состояний, предрасполагающих или приводящих к остановке сердечной деятельности и внезапной сердечной смерти. В отношении риска развития внезапной сердечной смерти обсужден широкий спектр заболеваний, включая ишемическую болезнь сердца, артериальную гипертензию, кардиомиопатии, каналопатии, а также ряда патологических состояний, включая тип аритмии, ишемию, гипертрофию и фиброз миокарда, электролитные нарушения, лекарственные влияния, генетические нарушения.
