МЕХАНИЗМ РАЗВИТИЯ КОГНИТИВНОЙ ДИСФУНКЦИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ
Аннотация
Актуальность изучения когнитивных нарушений у пациентов с сахарным диабетом (СД) для практикующих врачей обусловлена тем, что, согласно сведениям ВОЗ, в 2022 г. в мире насчитывалось 537 млн пациентов с СД, по неутешительным прогнозам, к 2045 г. их количество возрастет до 784 млн человек. По эпидемиологическим данным, в настоящее время в мире около 40 млн человек страдают деменцией и когнитивной дисфункцией. СД относится к наиболее распространенной группе заболеваний, вызывающих физиологические и патологические изменения в сосудах головного мозга, что приводит к развитию когнитивных нарушений. Данная тема недостаточно изучена. В современной литературе имеются противоречивые сведения по этому вопросу, что вызывает необходимость провести анализ факторов риска и особенностей когнитивных дисфункций при СД.
