ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ ЭКСТРАКОРПОРАЛЬНОЙ ГЕМОСОРБЦИИ НА ЭЛИМИНАЦИЮ АНТИБАКТЕРИАЛЬНЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ ПРИ СЕПСИСЕ

Аннотация

Введение. Сепсис и септический шок составляют весомую долю причин смертельных исходов в отделениях интенсивной терапии. Гемосорбция в сочетании со стандартной терапией сепсиса уменьшает смертность в среднем на 5-7%, значительно снижает потребность пациентов в вазопрессорной поддержке.

Цель исследования. Изучить доступные в литературе данные о воздействии гемосорбции на динамику уровней антибиотиков в плазме крови пациентов.

Материал и методы. Проанализированы результаты более 20 исследований разных гемосорбентов в терапии сепсиса.

Результаты. Получены данные о значительном влиянии сорбентов CytoSorb и Toraymyxin B на фармако- кинетику ряда антибиотиков. В отношении белорусских сорбентов «Протеазосорб» и «ЛПС-гемо» данные отсутствуют.

Выводы. Степень элиминации антибактериальных препаратов во время гемосорбции зависит от конкретных особенностей каждого сорбента. Необходимо тщательно изучить все возможные побочные эффекты для максимально эффективного применения гемосорбции в терапии сепсиса.
