ВНЕДРЕНИЕ ТРАНСЪЮГУЛЯРНОГО ВНУТРИПЕЧЕНОЧНОГО ПОРТОСИСТЕМНОГО ШУНТИРОВАНИЯ
Аннотация
В статье анализируются результаты первого в Гродненской области трансъюгулярного портосистемного шунтирования (TIPS) у пациентки с циррозом печени, осложненным портальной гипертензией и рефрактерным асцитом. Приводятся также данные краткого обзора литературы по рассматриваемому вопросу. TIPS у пациентов с внутрипеченочной формой портальной гипертензии, ассоциирующейся с варикозным расширением вен пищевода и резистентным к консервативной терапии асцитом, является высокотехнологичным, малоинвазивным, легко переносимым и высокоэффективным пособием. Требует дальнейшего изучения вопрос показаний и выбора оптимальных сроков его выполнения у данной категории пациентов с учетом прогностических факторов течения заболевания.
