СРАВНЕНИЕ МЕХАНИЗМОВ ЭНДОТЕЛИЙ-ЗАВИСИМЫХ КОРОНАРОРАСШИРЯЮЩИХ ЭФФЕКТОВ АЦЕТИЛХОЛИНА И БРАДИКИНИНА В ИЗОЛИРОВАННОМ СЕРДЦЕ МЫШИ
Аннотация
В настоящей работе сравнены вклад NO и простациклина в механизм коронарорасширяющего действия ацетилхолина и брадикинина, а также влияние данных соединений на генерацию простациклина в изолированном сердце мыши. Установлено, что коронарная вазодилатация, вызванная ацетилхолином, включает раннюю фазу, опосредованную NO, и позднюю простациклин-зависимую фазу. Коронарорасширяющий эффект брадикинина реализуется в основном через NO. Как ацетилхолин, так и брадикинин (в меньшей степени) стимулируют продукцию простациклина в изолированном сердце мыши.
