РОЛЬ ЭНДОТЕЛИЯ В ВАЗОДИЛАТАЦИИ, ОПОСРЕДОВАННОЙ РАЗЛИЧНЫМИ ПОДТИПАМИ АДРЕНОРЕЦЕПТОРОВ
Аннотация
В настоящем обзоре проведен анализ роли эндотелия в сосудистых эффектах, развивающихся при активации различных подтипов адренорецепторов. Данные литературы свидетельствуют об участии NO и других эндотелиальных сосудорасширяющих факторов в механизмах вазодилатации, опосредованной альфа-2, бета-1, бета-2 и бета-3 адренорецепторами. Тем не менее, вклад эндотелия в вазодилататорные реакции, обусловленные адренергическими механизмами, существенно отличается в различных областях сосудистого русла.
