Аннотация
В статье отражены основные моменты из отчета об Универсальном определении сердечной недостаточности (СН), подготовленного Американским обществом специалистов по СН, ассоциацией специалистов по СН Европейского и Японского общества кардиологов. Приведены определение СН, критерии постановки диагноза, описаны существующие подходы к классификации СН и их обоснованность, исходя из результатов клинических и фундаментальных исследований.
