ЭКСТРАКОРПОРАЛЬНОЕ ОЧИЩЕНИЕ КРОВИ ПРИ СЕПСИСЕ: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ВОПРОСА

Аннотация

В представленном обзоре литературы анализируются современные подходы к использованию методов экстракорпорального очищения крови в интенсивной терапии сепсиса. Анализу подвергнуты наиболее распространенные методики: гемосорбция, плазмаферез, продленная вено-венозная гемофильтрация и гемодиафильтрация, экстракорпоральная поддержка печени. Показано, что проведение экстракорпорального очищения крови при сепсисе, с позиции доказательной медицины – эффективное направление в лечении септических пациентов самого разного профиля и степени тяжести. Методиками с наибольшей доказательной базой в комплексном лечении пациентов с сепсисом стали продленные методы почечно-заместительной терапии, а также гемоперфузия через селективные гемосорбенты. Использование экстракорпорального очищения крови при сепсисе позволяет уменьшить летальность пациентов с самой разной степенью тяжести исходного состояния
