СЕПСИС В ИНТЕНСИВНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ

Аннотация

Целью проведенного обзора литературы было обобщить результаты современных взглядов на вопросы диагностики сепсиса. Проанализированы   53 русскоязычных и англоязычных источника. Внимание уделено новым маркерам ранней диагностики сепсиса, а также тяжелого сепсиса и его осложнений. Указано на целесообразность клинического определения прокальцитонина и пресепсина  как наиболее изученных маркеров сепсиса.
