РОЛЬ АДЕНОЗИНА В РЕГУЛЯЦИИ ФУНКЦИЙ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОЙ СИСТЕМЫ

Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены основные сердечно-сосудистые эффекты аденозина. Аденозин играет осо­бо важную роль в адаптации миокарда к ишемии и гипоксии. В частности, он является одним из важнейших медиаторов ишемического прекондиционирования миокарда. Аденозин участвует в регуляции сосудистого то­нуса. Анализ литературных данных и результатов собственных исследований позволяет предположить, что сосудорасширяющий эффект аденозина частично опосредован эндотелиальным оксидом азота. Кроме того, аденозин обладает антиаритмическими свойствами и используется при суправентрикулярных тахиаритмиях.
