Аденозин и Р7-пуринергические рецепторы ЦНС

Аннотация


В прогрессивно нарастающем за последние пять лет числе пуб­ликаций, посвященных роли пуринов в ЦНС, основное внимание сфо­кусировано на функции аденозина. Экспериментально подтверж­дена роль аденозина в качестве нейротрансмиттера и нейромоду- лятора в периферической и центральной нервной системе. Иденти­фицирован и в значительной мере изучен специфический пуринерги- ческийрецепторный аппарат. Установлена трофическая роль аде­нозина в нейронах и клетках глии, например, влияние на пластичес­кие изменения, вовлеченные в процессы памяти и обучения, стимуля­ция коллатерального роста нервных окончаний, нейропротектор- ные свойства, а также регуляция количества клеток посредством индукции апоптоза.
