Аннотация

Актуальной проблемой современной кардиологии в последние годы стало изучение взаимосвязи фибрилляции предсердий (ФП) и синдрома осбструктивного апноэ/гипопноэ сна (СОАГС). Распространенность СОАГС среди пациентов с ФП в белорусской популяции изучена недостаточно, но, по зарубежным литературным данным, может достигать 40-50%. События СОАГС приводят к развитию нарушений гемодинамики, оксидативного стресса, эндотелиальной дисфункции, ремоделированию сердца и сосудов, что является субстратом для инициации ФП, ее сохранения и прогрессирования. Результаты исследований, изучающие причинно-следственную взаимосвязь СОАГС и ФП малоизучены и противоречивы, что и определяет актуальность данного обзора литературы.
