Аннотация
Целью проведенного обзора литературы было обобщить результаты современных исследований, посвященных вопросам диагностики, оценки тяжести и прогноза при остром почечном повреждении. Проанализированы 84 русскоязычных и англоязычных источника. Внимание уделено новой классификации и терминологии при остром почечном повреждении. Подробно рассмотрены все существующие маркеры. Указано на целесообразность клинического определения NGAL как наиболее «идеального» маркера оценки риска и прогноза острого почечного повреждения.
