УДАЛЕНИЕ ИНОРОДНЫХ ТЕЛ ИЗ ТРАХЕОБРОНХИАЛЬНОГО ДЕРЕВА У ДЕТЕЙ ГРОДНЕНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ: 10-ЛЕТНИЙ ОПЫТ РИГИДНОЙ БРОНХОСКОПИИ С ВИДЕОВИЗУАЛИЗАЦИЕЙ
Аннотация
В статье представлен опыт проведения ригидной бронхоскопии у детей под общей анестезией. Подробно описана характеристика инородных тел, локализация, клиническая картина, диагностика и возникшие осложнения после аспирации. На основании изученных данных выбрана оптимальная методика и тактика для удаления инородных тел из дыхательных путей у детей. Ригидная бронхоскопия – метод выбора, обеспечивает возможность безопасного захвата и выведения инородного тела при сохранении визуального контроля, без риска развития осложнений. Также необходимо отметить, что проведение данной процедуры у детей требует правильной организации работы, высокой квалификации врачей, среднего медицинского персонала, наличия современного оборудования.
