ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА ВНЕЗАПНОЙ АРИТМИЧЕСКОЙ СМЕРТИ, ИХ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ И МЕТОДЫ ВЫЯВЛЕНИЯ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ИБС. Часть 2
Аннотация
Хроническая сердечная недостаточность и ишемическая болезнь сердца остаются единственной наиболее частой причиной внезапной сердечной смерти (ВСС) в развитых странах. Внезапная сердечная смерть у больных с хронической сердечной недостаточностью составляет 50% всех случаев смерти от кардиоваскулярных причин. Желудочковые тахиаритмии в большинстве случаев являются причиной внезапной сердечной смерти, триггером которых является острая ишемия. В обзоре проводится литературный анализ этиологии, патогенеза, диагностики, медикаментозноого и хирургического лечения жизнеопасных желудочковых аритмий у больных с ХСН, приводятся данные наиболее значимых многоцентровых клинических исследований последних десятилетий
