НЕХОДЖКИНСКАЯ ЛИМФОМА У ВИЧ-ИНФИЦИРОВАННОГО ПАЦИЕНТА КАК ПРОЯВЛЕНИЕ СИНДРОМА ПЕРЕСТРОЙКИ ИММУННОЙ СИСТЕМЫ
Аннотация
Представлен редкий случай неходжкинской лимфомы, который возник у ВИЧ-инфицированной пациентки через 2 месяца антиретровирусной терапии. Вирусная нагрузка ВИЧ в результате терапии снизилась до неопределяемой, что позволило квалифицировать данный случай как проявление синдрома перестройки иммунной системы.
