Аннотация

В статье приводятся обобщённые литературные данные о наночастицах золота и их применении в медицине: от теоретических разработок до практического использования. Учитывая наличие у наночастиц золота ряда уникальных электронных, оптических, термических, химических и биологических свойств, существенно отличающих их от цельного металла, дальнейшее изучение эффектов золотых наноформ, включая неисследованную токсичность, представляет собой перспективное направление в современной науке с последующим спрогнозированным более широким применением их в различных отраслях.
