ВЛИЯНИЕ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМА ГЕНОВ TNF-Б (G308A) И IL-10 (G- 1082A) ПРИ ИНФАРКТЕ МИОКАРДА НА ЭКСПРЕССИЮ ПРО- И ПРОТИВОВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЦИТОКИНОВ
Аннотация
Значительное количество исследований посвящено поиску генетических факторов, предрасполагающих к неблагоприятному течению коронарной болезни сердца. Одно из главных направлений в этих исследованиях — изучение полиморфизма генов про- и противовоспалительных цитокинов. В статье приводятся результаты исследований по изучению ассоциаций полиморфизма генов TNF-6(G-308A) и IL-10(G-1082A) с инфарктом миокарда, и влияние данных полиморфизмов на экспрессию цитокинов.
