АНИМАЛОТЕРАПИЯ В МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ РЕАБИЛИТАЦИИ
Аннотация
Анималотерапия – метод медицинской реабилитации, основанный на использовании домашних животных. Наиболее часто применяются собаки, кошки, лошади. Задачи метода: снижение уровня тревожности и стресса, эмоциональная поддержка, улучшение координации движений у пациентов с неврологической патологией, расширение двигательной активности у пациентов с неврологическими и сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Взаимодействие с собакой повышает у человека уровень окситоцина и снижает уровень кортизола в крови. Мурлыкание кошки, находящееся в диапазоне частот 27–44 Гц, снижает уровень тревоги и активирует регенерацию тканей. Иппотерапия улучшает координацию движений, пространственную ориентацию, психоэмоциональное состояние пациента, повышается его самооценка и улучшается социализация.
