ЧЕТЫРНАДЦАТЬ ВРАЧЕЙ ФРЕДЕРИКА ШОПЕНА: ЧЕТЫРНАДЦАТЬ СПОСОБОВ РАССКАЗАТЬ ПАЦИЕНТУ О ЕГО БОЛЕЗНИ
Аннотация
Повествования, основанные на истории болезни знаменитых людей, – эффективный педагогический инструмент для обучения будущих врачей медицинской этике и психологии. Цель данного исследования – анализ способов, которые использовали врачи при информировании Фредерика Шопена о его заболевании. Для достижения цели выполнен анализ писем Фредерика Шопена и Жорж Санд, работ наиболее авторитетных биографов композитора, а также научных публикаций, посвященных истории болезни Шопена. Анализ показал, что большинство врачей Фредерика Шопена по этическим соображениям скрывали от него диагноз неизлечимого и смертельного заболевания. Такая тактика оказалась эффективной: Шопен прожил более 10 лет с симптомами тяжелого лёгочного туберкулёза.
