КОМПЛЕКСНАЯ СТАБИЛИЗАЦИЯ НАДКОЛЕННИКА ПРИ НАРУШЕНИИ ЕГО РАВНОВЕСИЯ
Аннотация
Патология бедренно-надколенникового сустава вызывает снижение качества жизни и ограничение функциональной активности опорно-двигательного аппарата. Одна из причин нестабильности надколенника – повреждение его медиального удерживателя. Общепринятый подход к пластике только медиальной бедренно-надколенниковой связки не всегда приводит к восстановлению стабильности сустава. Нестабильность чаще развивается в подростковом возрасте и является основной причиной развития ранних дегенеративных изменений коленного сустава.
Цель статьи. Оценка разработанного способа комплексной коррекции поврежденного медиального удерживателя надколенника.
