Аннотация

Результаты эпидемиологических исследований свидетельствуют о росте распространенности аллергических заболеваний. Идентификация причинно-значимых аллергенов имеет решающее значение для установления точного диагноза аллергии и служит основой для лечения таких пациентов. Во второй части настоящего обзора представлено новое направление в аллергологии – молекулярная диагностика.
