Аннотация


Статья посвящена перспективам применения клеточной терапии у недоношенных детей. Аутологичные мезенхимальные стромальные стволовые клетки пуповинно-плацентарного происхождения и клетки пуповинной крови являются мультипотентными стволовыми клетками, способными к дифференцировке в разных направлениях и широко используются для разработки новых клеточных биомедицинских технологий. Авторы представляют обзор применения аутологичных мезенхимальных стромальных стволовых клеток и клеток пуповинной крови у новорожденных детей, перспективы их использования у недоношенных младенцев с бронхолегочной дисплазией, гипоксически-ишемическим повреждением центральной нервной системы.
