НУЖНА ЛИ МУЗЫКАЛЬНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ В ХОСПИСЕ?

Аннотация

Статья представляет собой анализ научных исследований применения музыкальной терапии в паллиативной медицине, опубликованных в 2016-2018 гг. в журналах, индексирующихся в наукометрических базах Scopus и WoS. Анализ показывает, что музыка является эффективным дополнением, а иногда и альтернативой применяемых в хосписах психотропных и обезболивающих фармакопрепаратов. Основные механизмы влияния музыки на организм человека опосредуются через центральную и автономную вегетативную нервную систему, благодаря чему она успешно применяется для ослабления болевого синдрома, депрессии и расстройств сна. Музыкальная терапия зарекомендовала себя как безопасный и эффективный метод подавления патологических адренергических влияний. Этот эффект повышает насыщение крови кислородом и способствует стабилизации гемодинамики. Особую ценность музыка представляет в качестве средства, облегчающего страдания умирающего человека. Популяризация накопленного позитивного опыта применения музыкальной терапии для улучшения качества жизни неизлечимых пациентов и его широкое внедрение в работу отделений паллиативной помощи будет способствовать повышению эффективности медицинской помощи в хосписах.
