РОЛЬ ПАНКРЕАТИЧЕСКИХ ЗВЕЗДЧАТЫХ КЛЕТОК В ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИИ РАКА ПОДЖЕЛУДОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре проанализированы литературные сведения о взаимоотношениях звездчатых и раковых клеток поджелудочной железы и их возможной роли в прогрессировании опухолевого процесса. В присутствии раковых клеток панкреатические звездчатые клетки активируются, что выражается в усилении их пролиферации и миграции, стимуляции синтеза компонентов внеклеточного матрикса и формировании плотной фиброзной ткани вокруг опухоли. В свою очередь панкреатические звездчатые клетки способствуют росту опухоли, её химио- и радиорезистентности. Они индуцируют пролиферацию и распространение раковых клеток, образование отдаленных метастазов.
