РОЛЬ ГОМОЦИСТЕИНА В РАЗВИТИИ ЮВЕНИЛЬНОГО РЕВМАТОИДНОГО АРТРИТА

Аннотация

Цель: на основе анализа современных научных публикаций по проблеме ювенильного ревматоидного артрита (ЮРА) определить роль гомоцистеина в патогенезе данного заболевания и поддержании хронического воспаления путем активации оксидантного стресса, влияния на процессы цитруллинирования и карбомилирования белков.
Результаты. Роль гомоцистеина в патогенезе данного заболевания связана с поддержанием хронического воспаления путем активации оксидантного стресса, влияния на процессы цитруллинирования и карбомилирования белков.
