Аннотация

В клинической практике имеют место эндокринные заболевания с симптомами нарушения функций нескольких эндокринных желез. Чаще всего причиной множественной патологии является аутоиммунное нарушение двух и более эндокринных желез. В данном обзоре рассматриваются основные генетические, иммунологические и клинические проявления аутоиммунных полигландулярных синдромов, основанные на опыте отечественных и зарубежных авторов, с целью совершенствования диагностики данной патологии.
