Аннотация

В обзоре представлены новейшие результаты мировых исследований, касающиеся физиологии магния в организ­ме человека, а также значения магния в патогенезе депрессивных расстройств, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и сахарного диабета. Предложен эксклюзивный метод коррекции дефицита магния при помощи разработанного авторами суплемента Оптинерв. Намечены дальнейшие пути более детального исследования молекулярных меха­низмов добавок магния в качестве суплемента, как мультицентровое международное исследование.
