НЕЙРОМЕДИАТОРНЫЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ ОПИАТНОЙ НАРКОМАНИИ (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
На основе обширного анализа литературы охарактеризованы основные нейромедиаторные нарушения при потреблении опиатов. Показана роль опиоидныхрецепторов в формировании патохимических изменений в ЦНС при опиатной наркомании. Представлены данные о влиянии однократного и хронического введения морфина на функционирование различных нейромедиаторных систем головного мозга.
