ФУНКЦИЯ ЭНДОТЕЛИЯ ПРИ ПАРОКСИЗМАЛЬНОЙ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ
Аннотация
Показано наличие дисфункции эндотелия (ДЭ), установленной по величине эндотелий-зависимой вазодилатации (ЭЗВД), у больных с пароксизмальной фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП) относительно пациентов с кардиоваскулярной патологией без аритмии, а также возможности ее коррекции на основе стратегии контроля ритма с включением различных ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента (иАПФ). Установлена независимая ассоциация между величиной вазодилатации и парциальным давлением углекислого газа в крови.
