ЗНАЧЕНИЕ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ЖЕСТКОСТИ И СУБКЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ВОСПАЛЕНИЯ В ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИИ ПРОГНОЗА ТРОМБОТИЧЕСКИХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ПРИ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ

Аннотация

Приводятся результаты обследования и динамического наблюдения в течение года 111 пациентов с различными формами фибрилляции предсердий (ФП) и 29 пациентов без нарушения ритма. Показано отсутствие различий в уровне С-реактивного белка как маркера воспаления у пациентов с аритмией и без таковой. Выявлено повышение скорости распространения пульсовой волны (СРПВ) как характеристики артериальной жесткости при постоянной форме ФП относительно лиц с синусовым ритмом. Установлено прогностическое значение СРПВ
в аспекте риска развития тромботических осложнений.
