КЛИНИЧЕСКАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ РЕФРАКТЕРНОСТИ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ПАРОКСИЗМАЛЬНОЙ ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИЕЙ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ
Аннотация
У 70 пациентов с документированной пароксизмальной фибрилляцией предсердий (ПФП) и 27 лиц контрольной группы была изучена предсердная рефрактерность методом чреспищеводной электрокардиостимуляции предсердий (ЧПЭС). В группе больных с ПФП получен более короткий эффективный рефрактерный период левого предсердия (ЭРП ЛП) по сравнению с контрольной группой. У больных с ПФП отсутствовала адаптация ЭРП ЛП (АРП) к изменению частоты ритма. Коэффициент АРП (КАРП) составил в контрольной группе - 0,46.
