ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ХОНДРАЛЬНЫХ И ОСТЕОХОНДРАЛЬНЫХ ДЕФЕКТОВ КОЛЕННОГО СУСТАВА
Аннотация
Результаты лечения костно-хрящевых повреждений коленного сустава значительно отличаются среди авторов и в зависимости от методов лечения. Дефекты гиалинового хряща коленного сустава могут возникать из-за травмы, рассекающего остеохондрита, остеоартроза, воспалительных заболеваний, аваскулярного некроза субхондральной кости и хряща. Из известных способов хондропластики наиболее широкое распространение получили субхондральная туннелизация, микрофрактурирование, остеохондральная аутотрансплантация, аллоостеохондропластика, имплантация аутологичных хондроцитов. Хирургическое лечение является неотъемлемой частью современной комплексной терапии повреждений суставного хряща. Оперативные вмешательства требуют систематизации и уточнения показаний к их выбору.
