КАРОТИНОИДЫ И ТОКОФЕРОЛЫ ПЛАЗМЫ КРОВИ КАК БИОМАРКЕРЫ АДЕКВАТНОЙ ОБЕСПЕЧЕННОСТИ ОРГАНИЗМА ЭССЕНЦИАЛЬНЫМИ МИКРОНУТРИЕНТАМИ
Аннотация
Аналитический обзор опубликованных обобщающих и оригинальных работ последнего 10-летия по использованию показателей уровня α-, β-, γ-токоферолов и α-, β-каротинов в качестве биомаркеров сбалансированного питания. Обосновывается необходимость исследования всей гаммы токоферолов и каротиноидов как эссенци- альных микронутриентов, в первую очередь, α-каротина и ϩ-токоферола в дополнение к традиционным тестам антиоксидантной защиты организма и витаминного статуса - β-каротину и α-токоферолу. Дается сопоставительный анализ величин α- и β-каротина, α-, γ-токоферола плазмы крови, а также их сравнение с результатами собственных исследований.
