Аннотация

В статье приведен анализ данных литературы относительно роли основных факторов риска в развитии рака яичников (наследственного фактора, ожирения, гормонального дисбаланса при эндокринных нарушениях, бесплодия и ряда других) на молекулярно-клеточном, органном и системном уровнях. Приведены доказательства существования наследственных форм рака яичников, описаны особенности их клинического течения, диагностические критерии, принципы профилактики.
