ОЦЕНКА РИСКА РАЗВИТИЯ И ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИЯ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОТИЧЕСКИХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОГО РУСЛА У ЛЮДЕЙ С ПСОРИАТИЧЕСКИМ АРТРИТОМ И ПСОРИАЗОМ
Аннотация
Популяционные исследования продемонстрировали тесную ассоциацию между псориатическим поражением и формированием атеросклероза. Обследовано 58 человек с псориатическим артритом, 56 человек с псориазом. Контрольная группа – 26 здоровых людей, группа сравнения – 31 человек. Для людей с псориатическим артритом суставной процесс является независимым фактором, вызывающим развитие и прогрессирование атеросклероти- ческих изменений артериального русла, причем активность суставного процесса прямо коррелирует с толщиной комплекса интима-медиа. Предложен алгоритм, который позволяет прогнозировать риск развития и прогрессирования атеросклеротических изменений артерий у людей с псориатическим поражением кожного покрова и суставов. Чувствительность алгоритма составляет 83,33%; специфичность – 92,31%.
