СВЯЗЬ СИМПТОМОВ ГАСТРОЭЗОФАГЕАЛЬНОЙ РЕФЛЮКСНОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ У ДЕТЕЙ СТАРШЕГО ВОЗРАСТА И ПОДРОСТКОВ С ИЗБЫТОЧНОЙ МАССОЙ ТЕЛА
Аннотация
Опрошено 1386 детей и подростков 12-18 лет для выявления типичных симптомов гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ) (изжога, срыгивания, кислая отрыжка, горечь во рту, нарушения глотания). Частота жалоб не реже одного раза в неделю составила 19,9%, не реже одного раза в месяц - 31,1%. При избыточной массе тела (ИзбМТ) симптомы ГЭРБ не реже одного раза в неделю встречались значительно чаще (в 28,4%), чем в общей группе (р=0,008), и были связаны в большей степени со срыгиваниями.
