СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ПРОАТЕРОГЕННЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ КОМПЛЕКСА ИНТИМА-МЕДИЯ СТЕНКИ АРТЕРИЙ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ СОСУДИСТЫХ РЕГИОНОВ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ПСОРИАЗОМ И ПСОРИАТИЧЕСКИМ АРТРИТОМ
Аннотация
Популяционные исследования продемонстрировали тесную ассоциацию между псориазом (Пс) и формированием атеросклероза. Ультразвуковое измерение толщины комплекса интима-медия (ТИМ) – высокодостоверный способ выявления субклинического атеросклероза. Цель работы – выяснение проатерогенных изменений ТИМ артерий у пациентов с псориатическим артритом (ПсА) и Пс. В исследование включены 58 пациентов с ПсА, 45 пациентов с Пс, 22 человека в контрольной группе. У пациентов с ПсА формируются субклинические атеросклеротические изменения стенки артерий (ТИМ 1,032-1,072 мм), более выраженные, чем при Пс (ТИМ 0,936-0,958 мм). По сравнению со здоровыми людьми у пациентов с Пс и ПсА обнаруживаются достоверно большие значения ТИМ стенки артерий. У пациентов с ПсА и Пс длительность заболевания и индекс PASI, у пациентов с ПсА суставной индекс и индексы активности заболевания коррелируют с ТИМ.
