ГЕНЕРАЛИЗОВАННОЕ ТРЕВОЖНОЕ РАССТРОЙСТВО, ЕГО ВЛИЯНИЕ НА СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТУЮ СИСТЕМУ И СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ТЕРАПИИ
Аннотация
Цель статьи – анализ наиболее современного и эффективного подхода к терапии генерализованного тревожного расстройства (ГТР). Данное расстройство встречается достаточно часто – до 6,6% среди других неврозов. Для назначения правильной терапии прежде всего необходима достаточно точная его диагностика. Поскольку у ГТР высокая коморбидность (сочетание с другими невротическими расстройствами), диагностика нередко бывает затруднена. Соответственно, и подбор терапии может быть неточным. В этиологии ГТР играют роль факторы, как генетические, так и социальные (разные стрессовые моменты), а также соматическая предиспозиция. До настоящего времени в его этиологии не отдано предпочтения какому-либо конкретному фактору – они разняться у пациентов. В связи с этим в диагностике и подборе терапии ГТР важен строгий индивидуальный подход.
