СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О МЕХАНИЗМАХ ЭРЕКЦИИ И РЕГУЛЯТОРНЫЙ КОНТРОЛЬ НАД НИМИ (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены механизмы эрекции и регуляторный контроль над ними. Программа, созданная центральной нервной системой, реализуется благодаря периферическим механизмам эрекции. Основным из них является расслабление гладкомышечных элементов пещеристых тел и кавернозных артерий. Ведупцим проэректиль- ным медиатором является оксид азота (NO), эффект которого опосредован системой гуанилатциклаза - цГМФ.
