ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ФАКТОРЫ В ЭТИОЛОГИИ АЛКОГОЛИЗМА
Аннотация
Настоящая работа представляет собой обзор литературных источников, посвященных роли генетических факторов в этиологии алкоголизма. Алкоголизм является генетически гетерогенным заболеванием, т.е. подвержен влиянию многих генов. К настоящему времени картировано более 25 генов, влияющих на отношение к алкоголю. Предполагается, что около половины вероятности стать алкоголиком обусловлена генетическими факторами, в то время как другая половина обусловлена факторами окружающей среды. Таким образом, гены могут предрасполагать к развитию алкоголизма, но не предопределять индивидуальный риск.
