РЕКОНСТРУКТИВНО-ПЛАСТИЧЕСКАЯ ХИРУРГИЯ ПЛОСКО-ВАЛЬГУСНОЙ ДЕФОРМАЦИИ СТОПЫ У ДЕТЕЙ
Аннотация
Оперировано 47 детей - 32 мальчика и 15 девочек (55 стоп) с нефиксированной плоско-вальгусной деформацией стоп. Возраст оперированных детей составил от 2,5 до 15 лет. Операции выполнялись по предложенной нами методике с использованием 2 оригинальных инструментов для остеотомии и удлинения пяточной кости. Результаты были изучены в период от 1 года до 7 лет после операции. Положительные клинические и рентгенологические результаты отмечены у всех пациентов.
