Аннотация

Введение. Окклюзионно-стенотические поражения поверхностной бедренной артерии атеросклеротического генеза – наиболее частая причина развития хронической ишемии нижних конечностей. Традиционно выполняемые при безуспешности ее консервативного лечения шунтирующие операции сопряжены с достаточно большой травматичностью. В этом плане перспективными признаны баллонная ангиопластика и стентирование. Однако их исходы требуют тщательного изучения.
Цель исследования. Провести анализ литературы о результатах рентгеноэндоваскулярных операций (баллонной ангиопластики и стентирования) при хроническом окклюзионно-стенотическом поражении поверхностной бедренной артерии атеросклеротического генеза и влиянии разных факторов на их исходы.
Материал и методы. Проанализированы 39 литературных источников.
Результаты. Исходы баллонной ангиопластики и стентирования поверхностной бедренной артерии зависят от сроков послеоперационного наблюдения, сопутствующих заболеваний и определяются клиническими, анатомическими, техническими и гемодинамическими факторами. Актуален поиск способов профилактики рестенозов и реокклюзий в зонах рентгеноэндоваскулярных вмешательств.
Выводы. Исходы баллонной ангиопластики и стентирования поверхностной бедренной артерии зависят от сроков послеоперационного наблюдения и определяются клиническими, анатомическими, техническими и гемодинамическими факторами, сопутствующими заболеваниями. Актуален поиск способов профилактики рестенозов и реокклюзий в зонах рентгеноэндоваскулярных вмешательств.
