СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВОЙ ДИАГНОСТИКИ ПСОРИАТИЧЕСКОГО АРТРИТА

Аннотация

Псориатический артрит – гетерогенное заболевание, характеризующееся вовлечением в патологический процесс осевого скелета и периферических суставов и/или энтезов. Проблемы диагностики раннего псориатического артрита не ограничиваются гетерогенностью клинических проявлений заболевания. В отличие от ревматоидного артрита, не существует биомаркеров для выявления раннего псориатического артрита, вследствие чего верификация диагноза зависит от выявления конкретных клинических признаков. Наконец, отсутствие псориаза при типичных клинических признаках артрита не позволяет подтвердить диагноз на ранних стадиях. Учитывая многочисленные сложности клинической и лабораторной диагностики псориатического артрита, уделяется значительное внимание неинвазивным инструментальным методам диагностики заболевания на ранних стадиях. В статье приводятся современные сведения о возможностях ультразвуковой диагностики раннего псориатического артрита.
