ФЕТАЛЬНЫЙ АЛКОГОЛЬНЫЙ СИНДРОМ: ПОВЕДЕНЧЕСКИЕ И НЕВРОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В обзоре обобщены данные литературы о поведенческих и неврологических нарушениях, возникающих под воздействием антенатальной алкоголизации. Антенатальное воздействие алкоголя приводит к разнообразным, тяжёлым и долговременным (часто необратимым) поведенческим и неврологическим нарушениям у человека и животных, которые зависят от дозы и сроков его применения. В основе их лежат вызываемые этанолом и его метаболитом ацетальдегидом глубокие повреждения нервной системы на клеточном и молекулярном уровне.
