СОХРАНЕНИЕ РЕПРОДУКТИВНОГО ЗДОРОВЬЯ ПАЦИЕНТОК, СТРАДАЮЩИХ РАКОМ ШЕЙКИ МАТКИ, КАК ОТРАЖЕНИЕ КАЧЕСТВА ОКАЗАНИЯ ПЕРВИЧНОЙ МЕДИКО-САНИТАРНОЙ ПОМОЩИ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация

Введение. Рак шеки матки – одно из основных заболеваний, ухудшающих состояние репродуктивного здоровья женщин.
Цель работы: анализ результатов научных исследований по проблеме сохранения репродуктивного возраста пациенток, страдающим раком шейки матки, исходя из показателей качества оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи.
Материал и методы. Проведен качественный анализ 55 русскоязычных и англоязычных источников, наиболее полно отражающих вопросы качества оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи пациенткам репродуктивного возраста, страдающих раком шейки матки.
Результаты. Установлено, что качество оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи определяет прогноз для состояния репродуктивного здоровья пациенток, страдающих раком шейки матки.
Выводы. Проведённый анализ литературы свидетельствует о наличии резервов повышения качества оказания первичной медико-санитарной помощи и требует разработки и совершенствования технологий профилактики для сохранения репродуктивного здоровья пациенток, страдающих раком шейки матки.
