ПРОТЕКТОРНЫЕ СВОЙСТВА ДИАРИЛГЕПТАНОИДА ОРЕГОНИНА ПРИ ВВЕДЕНИИ ЖИВОТНЫМ ЦИКЛОФОСФАМИДА

Аннотация


Введение. Введение некоторых диарилгептаноидов способно усиливать эффективность циклофосфамида и снижать активность процессов перекисного окисления липидов, что  позволяет снизить дозу цитостатика и уменьшить его побочные эффекты.
Цель исследования – определение протекторных свойств диарилгептаноида орегонина в отношении токсических эффектов циклофосфамида на лейкоцитарную формулу, концентрации свободных аминокислот в плазме крови и ткани селезенки.
Материал и методы. В работе использованы крысы-самцы, получавшие циклофосфамид (160 мг/кг массы) и орегонин (5 мг/кг массы). Определение свободных аминокислот производили методом обращеннофазной ВЭЖХ.
Результаты. Установлено, что курсовое введение орегонина совместно с циклофосфамидом увеличивает содержание аминокислот и их производных в плазме крови и обеспеченность клеток селезенки протеиногенными аминокислотами.
Выводы. Курсовое введение орегонина совместно с циклофосфамидом оказывает протекторное действие в отношении аминокислотного дисбаланса в плазме крови и ткани селезенки.
